Imagine helping a young person quit using tobacco. Youth tobacco cessation is complex, but this e-module will demonstrate the unique challenges young people face and the approaches that may work best.
WHO IT’S FOR: Anyone who wants to help a young person quit smoking.
OUTCOMES: This training will provide an overview of how principles of youth engagement can be leveraged for tobacco cessation outcomes and will demonstrate client-centered strategies to address the holistic and complex nature of youth tobacco cessation.
N-O-T on Tobacco (N-O-T) trains adult allies to facilitate the program in your school or community. Facilitators receive an in-person training session, handbook with resources, materials and evaluations.
If you are interested in running the N-O-T program with a group of young people, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
