The primary care asthma program (PCAP) is an evidence-based education and management program. The asthma program has proven positive outcomes and all tools and resources are aligned with the latest Canadian Thoracic Society (CTS) guidelines. The program model has been adopted across Ontario extending its reach to over 180 primary care sites. The Lung Association offers implementation support and enhancement of your respiratory health program.

If you are interested or would like more information, please contact the PCAP provincial coordinator, Aisha Balasubramaniam, at abalasubramaniam@lungontario.ca or (416) 864-9911 x258.
