The Ontario Respiratory Care Society (ORCS) Research Grants and Fellowship Awards are being evolved to align with the timing of the Ontario Thoracic Society (OTS) Grants in Aid competition. Historically due February 1st each year, this transition will introduce a Letter of Intent process, and move the application submissions up from February to the first Friday of December each year. This move will increase resource efficiencies and provide more time to identify and secure qualified application reviewers.
This year, 2018-19, will be a “transition” year with the submission of a Letter of Intent due by December 31, 2018. This is a flexible deadline while we pilot the new approach. Your full application will still be due February 1, 2019.
