The Lung Association, along with their partners, the Primary Care Asthma Program, the Association of Family Health Teams of Ontario, Health Quality Ontario and the Association of Ontario Health Centres will be hosting the eighth annual Respiratory Health Forum at the Toronto Eaton Centre Marriott Hotel January 24-25, 2018. We are currently in the process of obtaining program accreditation through the College of Family Physicians of Canada Ontario Chapter for MainPro M1 credits.
Registration is free and now open:
The RHF is being provided through funding from the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, Asthma Program. Our goal is to provide an opportunity for primary health-care providers to learn and network with other FHTs, CHCs and other multidisciplinary settings (e.g., Primary Care Asthma Program sites) about how to establish a respiratory care program, or enhance the one you already have through innovative initiatives.
The Respiratory Health Forum is prior to The Lung Association’s annual Better Breathing Conference: www.betterbreathing.ca January 25 – 27, 2018.
