Asthma can’t be cured, but it can be managed. With good asthma management, you should usually be symptom-free and enjoy a full and active life. Asthma is a chronic disease – you have it all the time – even when you don’t feel any asthma symptoms. To stay healthy and safe, you need to follow your asthma action plan at all times, even when you feel completely fine.

Asthma Action Plan

THE ASTHMA ACTION PLAN is a set of written instructions from your doctor that shows you what medicines you need to take, when you should take them, and how you should adjust them if your asthma starts to get out of control.

Play for All

PLAY FOR ALL is an innovative after school program for students in grades 1 to 6, combining education on lung health, asthma awareness and the importance of physical activity for promoting lung health.
